CNC Composite Machining

In the UK we have two CNC maching routers. One has a 700x300 window, which is used for complex parts and pattern drilling of holes in our structural systems. Machine 2 is much larger and mainly used for slotting cable trays and massive batch machining. We do offer machinig services to companies with their own materials. Composite CNC Machining

Tooling FRP profiles are very abrasive to machine tooling similar to stone but they are easy to machine. The solution is to use very hard metals or diamond coated bits.
